Like the extra details we look out for in the products that we source, and the extra attention and care that goes into making them. Delivering extra service is hugely important to us too and we want you to have the best experience possible, every time you shop with us. Because we think that if we go the extra mile, we can help you make better decisions about the things you buy. 

Did you know that in the UK, the average lifespan of clothes is just 2.2 years? The rise of fast fashion means that we’ve become less inclined to protect and repair our clothes. That’s why we are introducing REPAIR.RE-WEAR - a complimentary repair service to fix clothes you’ve bought from us if they become damaged. We want you to love your clothes and get the most out of wearing them for years to come!

We feel confident that when clothes from our store are carefully looked after, you will wear them well beyond 2.2 years. And whilst we know that clothes don’t always last forever, we want you to love them for as long as possible and keep ‘that’ feeling long after stepping out of our store. 

Here’s our promise to you:

If a garment you purchased needs a repair (and it’s possible!), we will fix it free of charge, no matter how long ago you bought it from our store. 

All you need to do is send us a picture of the damage along with your receipt, and we will assess whether the garment can be repaired. If it's possible, we will ask you to return the garment back to us in store. The repair will be completed by our experienced sewist, and will be ready for you to collect, or we can arrange a delivery to you, within 14 days.

We also alter clothes bought from our store that may have become a little too tight, or too long, or too loose! Get in touch to discuss this bespoke service.

As a retailer who cares, we believe it's our on-going responsibility to help you wear the clothes you buy from us for as long as possible. Because extending the life of your wardrobe is not only good for the planet, it's good for your pocket too.

- Fixing holes 
- Fixing damage to collars of shirts, jackets, coats
- Redoing seams
- Fixing damaged lining
- Fixing damage to waistband of skirts or trousers 
- Replacing lost or chipped buttons
- Re-attaching trims or embellishments that have come loose
- Strengthening or fixing buttonholes that have come loose 
- Restitching pleats that have come undone
- Replacing a broken zip
- Restitching a hem that has come unstitched
- Securing an elastic waistband that rolls over
- Fixing damaged pockets
