We are happy to accept return of full price and sale items purchased from our online store (some exclusions apply*) or in store. Please notify us of your return and post/courier your item(s) to be returned/exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order.
You can return your order in 2 ways:
1. Send your items as a tracked delivery to us
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you intend to return your order, explaining why you no longer want to keep the item(s). Then, post/courier the item(s) back to us at Albion Stores, 27 Fort Road, Margate CT9 1HF, clearly labelled with Goods To Be Returned. Please provide tracking so we can monitor the progress of your return by emailing the tracking link to email@example.com.
We accept that during the pandemic postal and courier services may be delayed.
2. Return to store in person
We accept drop off returns between 10am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you intend to return your order, explaining why you no longer want to keep the item(s) and providing a date and time you intend to return your order. Then, drop by our Margate Store on Fort Road with your item(s), on the date and time specified.
Our store may be closed due to COVID restrictions, but we can still accept returns to the store. If you wish to return an item when we are closed, knock on the yellow door at 27 Fort Road. Leave your return on our doorstep as a contactless drop off. If we do not come to the door when you knock, please reschedule another drop off date and time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON RETURNS:
Provide as much information on why you wish to return the item. Your feedback helps us better understand how to improve our service.
If you wish to return and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered to us, or returned in person to our store, within 14 days of receipt.
Subject to stock availability, we can also exchange items that are posted/couriered to us within 14 days of receipt.
Email email@example.com on receipt of your purchase if you would like a refund or exchange. Once your returned item(s) is received by us, your new item(s) will be collected from our store by UPS within 1-2 working days.
*We do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. Also, we do not accept returns on lingerie and swimwear, unless the hygiene sticker is still intact. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.
All delivery costs incurred on a return or an exchange are payable by you, and completion of an exchange is subject to us receiving the shipping fees to deliver the replacement item.
Faulty items can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a replacement item. Return of faulty items will be accepted if the goods were faulty when recieved by you, or if a fault becomes noticeable within 4 weeks of receipt of your order.
We take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
We will exchange a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a gift card or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org about a fault as soon as the fault is noticeable. A fault will only be accepted if noticed within 4 weeks of receipt of your order.
In the event of a return of a faulty product, any delivery costs incurred by you will also be refunded.
We will only accept returns for non-faulty items provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered. We will not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn and/or tags removed.
Please be aware that non-faulty shoes must be returned with their original packaging, shoes returned without their original boxes cannot be accepted.
Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered without tags, you should notify us by email immediately. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear in 1-2 days. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. Albion Stores gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed on the Albion Stores website.
